If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of our systems. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised protocols.

02. Intellectual Property Rights

The underlying code, mathematical models, proprietary algorithms, and visual interfaces are the exclusive property of Eastern Quant Systems. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the public-facing research for informational purposes only.

Prohibition of reverse engineering algorithmic workflows.
No unauthorized scraping of historical backtest data.
Strict protection of proprietary Malaysia-specific market signal indicators.

03. Nature of Quant Trading Research

All content provided on this site is for analytical and educational purposes. Eastern Quant Systems provides quantitative analytics based on historical data and statistical probability.

Past performance of any system or backtest is not indicative of future results. Market conditions are subject to rapid shifts that mathematical models may not fully capture in real-time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Eastern Quant Systems provides all services and data "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for any financial losses, lost profits, or data corruption arising from the use of our algorithmic findings. Users acknowledge that quant trading involves significant capital risk.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur. Users accessing this site from outside Malaysia are responsible for compliance with local regulations and financial laws.

Termination of Access

Eastern Quant Systems reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our quant trading environment immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
